Information
Rafter C Outfitters and Game Ranch offers world-class whitetail hunting from October 1st through the end of February with numerous types of exotics and super exotic hunts year round. We have a no kill-no pay policy on all of our hunts, you only pay for what you kill; however, a wounded animal is considered a kill. Every effort will be made to locate the wounded animal.
There is a $50.00 per day fee per guest for lodging. Lodging includes First Class accommodations with high speed internet, flat screen TV with satellite, pool table, full kitchen, bar-b-que pit and walk in cooler.

- Hunting from Executive Double Blinds
- Safari Style Hunting in High-Rack Vehicles
- Field dressing of game animals and cold storage
- Transportation of game to our Meat Processor
- Transportation of game to our Taxidermist
- Field judging of your game
- Wounded Game same as kill

- Trophy Fees for Game Taken or Wounded
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Valid Texas Hunting Licenses
- Meat Processing & Taxidermy
- Gratuities and Taxes

- Food & Beverages
DEPOSITS:
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a minimum deposit of 50% of your Trophy Fee, refundable less Lodging Fee if no game taken or wounded
- Some hunts may require larger deposits
- Upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you
Final Payment: All balances must be paid in full upon departure. Acceptable payments can be made in the form of Cash, preapproved Check and Master Card or Visa, acceptable at check out unless previous arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Policy: All Deposits are non-refundable unless previously stated or for super exotic hunts. A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for cancellations and/or rescheduling. Any cancellations prior to 30 days before the scheduled hunt must be reschedule with-in one year. Cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled hunt must be rescheduled within 3 months, after that all deposits are forfeited. Due to the unique nature of the bookings at the Rafter C Outfitters and Game Ranch, all no-shows will be billed in full. Please have stand-ins available. You are responsible for the dates reserved for your hunt.
